Cam has created award winning work for brands like McDonald’s, Volkswagen, Verizon, Pure Blonde, Panasonic and Frito-Lay. He’s been a judge at Cannes and his work with McDonald’s helped the company be awarded Cannes advertiser or the year. Under his leadership Volkswagen and McDonald’s Australia won three gold Lions and 11 Lions overall in just over three years. And helping DDB Sydney gain the honour of Australia’s most awarded agency in Cannes in 2016.

In 2018, Cam was appointed SVP, Executive Creative Director at McCann New York where he helped run one of America’s largest accounts; Verizon. And in 18 months helped the agency win six Cannes Lions and a D&AD Pencil on the brand.

In 2023, he returned to Australia to take up the role of ECD of CHEP Sydney before rejoining DDB Sydney as Group Creative Partner.

Cam grew up on a farm in rural Victoria before beginning his career in Melbourne. He’s worked at some of Australia’s top agencies such as Clemenger BBDO, The Campaign Palace and DDB. In the process becoming one of Australasia’s most awarded creative leaders. He's built award winning creative departments, pitched, won and run major global brands, relaunched Australia's largest company; Telstra and represented Australia on many national and international award juries. 

As a Creative and Creative Director, Cam has won all major national and international awards multiple times. Including Cannes Lions, One Show, D&AD, Webbys, Andy's, AWARD, Spike’s, Clio’s, LIA’s, Adfest awards, Effies, and the Global Facebook Award. He's also won DDB Worldwide's award for creative excellence, The Bernbach Award 4 times.

Cam has also has a passion for illustration. Creating works mostly for personal satisfaction but over time has developed into a side hustle.
